Product Details

Aluminum tanks are lighter than carbon steel tanks; thus, they can transport more weight.

Aluminum alloy tanks do not rust and do not contaminate petroleum products. Since aluminum reacts chemically with oxygen to form aluminum oxide (aluminum rust), this rust is very thin (only one-thousandth of a millimeter thick) but extremely hard and wear-resistant. It adheres to the surface of aluminum, preventing the inner aluminum from contacting external air and stopping further rusting. Therefore, aluminum alloy tanks do not produce oil stains or impurities during transportation.

We can customize 20,000L-70,000L oil tank semi-trailers for you.

Axles can be selected from brands such as BPW, FUWA, L1, and HUAYU.

Manual argon arc welding is used for circumferential butt welding, followed by manual polishing.

Each tank semi-trailer undergoes air tightness and water pressure tests: (water pressure 0.036MPA, air pressure 0.36KPA).

Compared with traditional carbon steel tank trucks, aluminum semi-trailers have many advantages:

Aluminum alloy material: Aluminum alloy tank trucks are lighter, which can increase the effective payload of the vehicle. Compared with carbon steel tank trucks, the weight of goods transported in a single trip can be increased by 18% to 35%.

High corrosion resistance: The chemical properties of aluminum alloy are stable, and its corrosion resistance is more than 70% higher than that of ordinary carbon steel, reducing the maintenance cost of the tank.

Low center of gravity design: Adopting square and rectangular cross-sectional designs, the center of gravity is lowered under the same cross-sectional area, effectively preventing rollover.

Safety and stability system: Equipped with an anti-rollover safety and stability system, which can monitor the vehicle's driving status in real-time. When a risk of loss of control is detected, it applies braking force and reduces the speed to prevent the vehicle from losing control or rolling over.

Service life and recycling value: Aluminum alloy tank trucks have a longer service life. Old tank trucks can be fitted with new chassis, and they have high recycling value when scrapped.

Non-combustible material and static electricity accumulation: Aluminum alloy is a non-combustible material, not easy to generate sparks, and has low static electricity accumulation.
